We are a modern service provider in the "green building" sector and certify buildings and real estate on the basis of their sustainability. In doing so, we are guided by recognized national and international certification systems and the EU taxonomy.

As a holistic approach is essential for us, we focus on ecological and socio-cultural as well as economic and functional aspects when certifying buildings. We primarily apply the "DGNB" certification system for our clients, which covers the different variants "buildings", "districts" and "interiors". Not only new buildings can be certified, but also existing buildings and modernization projects. However, we also work with certification systems from "Klimaaktiv", "BREEAM" and "LEED" at the customer's request.

We also advise and check individual properties and portfolios for compliance with the mandatory EU taxonomy, a uniform classification system for sustainable economic activities. We use climate risk analysis to assess your property in the context of the Paris climate targets. We work with you to identify all the necessary improvement measures in order to prevent your property from becoming a "stranded asset" and thus massively losing value.

We support you in the early planning phase by preparing a pre-check for an initial assessment of the potential certification results and then use a gap analysis to identify improvement measures for achieving a higher level of certification. In addition, we also offer decision-making support in an advisory capacity. As a full-service provider in the certification sector, our services also include life cycle assessments, energy and thermal simulations, various measurements, monitoring of construction work and quality management, 3D building models and, of course, classic life cycle cost calculations. Finally, we accompany you across the finish line until you apply for the relevant certificate.
